  • Planning & Organization: Defining goals, forming a core group, finding a suitable site, and securing permissions.
  • Site Preparation & Design: Assessing soil, designing layouts (raised beds, in-ground plots), and planning for water access.
  • Sustainable Gardening Practices: Soil building, composting, water conservation techniques, and natural pest management.
  • Community Building: Establishing rules and guidelines, managing membership, organizing workdays, and fostering collaboration.
  • Harvesting & Distribution: Planning for harvest, sharing produce, and celebrating success.
  • Funding & Resources: Identifying potential funding sources and community resources.
